• Consent: By providing a mobile phone number through a dealership website (including PreAuthorizeMe.com and LoyaltySpecials.com), in-store form, or verbal consent during a sales or service interaction, customers agree to receive recurring promotional and service-related text messages from the participating dealership through The Data Genie platform.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. Customers may receive up to 4 messages per month per dealership campaign.
• Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging plan.
• Opt-Out: You can opt out at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive. You will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

• No Sharing: Phone numbers collected for SMS communications will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child, we will promptly delete it from our records.
